The more I see and the more I experience the more my tastes and preferences change. But ask me to name my favourite places and I guarantee in years to come, no matter how many places I get to visit in my lifetime, Tasmania will always be sitting pretty in my top three. Vegetarians look away now. This is a veggie free zone. Unless you count the slither of boiled cabbage that graced one of our four plates of food. But we didn't come for the cabbage, we came for the meat, carbs and paprika.........lots of paprika. Step into the time machine that is Kadar Etz and eat like a true Hungarian.
