They say it's who you know not what you know. Now I don't know how to bake a three story, vanilla and lemon sponge cake with caramel sauce, decorated with berries, figs and rose petals. But I do know who can (commence unashamed name drop), winner of the Great Australian Bake Off 2016 Sian Redgrave, was the clever little sausage behind my incredible baby shower centrepiece.........among a few other things.
